Stand UP Pouch Tube Sealer – Hand Operated

This impulse sealer has been designed to stand up pouches and tubes. It is fitted with a dual electronic timer for control over both the heat and cool cycles. The operation lever locks into position while the welding cycle takes place leaving the operator free to load the next bag to improve productivity.

Both of the jaws move simultaneously to ensure the jaws close around the bag without distortion. Each jaw is fitted with a 6mm element, applying the heat from both sides of the bag to ensure a high quality seal, on laminated pouches and Tubes. Tube holders can be manufactured so several tubes can
be welded at the same time.

The height of the sealing jaws is adjusted with 2 tri-screws on the back of the machine so the machine slides along the H-Frame upright for infinite adjustment. Larger Hframe stands can be manufactured to meet your requirements.
